Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using WealthForecaster. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use WealthForecaster.

WealthForecaster is a personal finance application that allows you to track your net worth across multiple asset classes and project your financial growth over time. It operates entirely on your device and requires no account registration.

WealthForecaster is a tool for personal financial organisation and projection only. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice of any kind.

All forecasts, projections, and calculations produced by WealthForecaster are based on assumptions and historical data that you provide or that are fetched from third-party market data sources. These projections are illustrative and hypothetical. Actual results will vary materially from any projections.

Nothing in WealthForecaster or on our website constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset class, or financial instrument. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment or financial decision.

You agree to use WealthForecaster only for lawful personal finance tracking and planning purposes. You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Attempt to extract or scrape market data from the application for commercial purposes
• Use the application in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the application or its associated services
• Misrepresent the application's functionality or outputs to others

WealthForecaster retrieves live market data (prices for stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and similar instruments) from third-party data providers. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or suitability of this data.

Market data may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable at times. You should verify any price information through official exchange sources before relying on it for any financial decision.

WealthForecaster makes no warranty that the market data service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

All intellectual property rights in WealthForecaster — including but not limited to the application software, design, graphics, user interface, and any associated content — are owned by WealthForecaster or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use WealthForecaster on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, reproduce, modify, or otherwise exploit any part of WealthForecaster.

The data you enter into WealthForecaster remains yours. We make no claim of ownership over your personal financial data.

WealthForecaster is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data or calculations

Your use of WealthForecaster is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WealthForecaster and its developers, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to WealthForecaster exceed the amount you paid for the application, or USD $10 if the application was obtained at no charge.

WealthForecaster integrates with third-party market data providers to retrieve live pricing information. These providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.

Links to external websites or services are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse those sites or services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue WealthForecaster or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Continued use of WealthForecaster after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of WealthForecaster shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
