Our Core Promise
Your portfolio lives on your device by default. No account is required. The only data that ever leaves your phone is a ticker symbol, sent to fetch its current price — never your holdings, your net worth, or your identity.
What Stays On Your Device
By default, everything you add — stocks, crypto, RSUs, real estate, retirement accounts, stock options, bonds, business interests, vehicles, cash, and mortgages — is stored only in local storage on your device. No account is required to use Wealth Forecaster, and none of this data is transmitted anywhere unless you take the actions described below.
Optional Account & Cloud Sync
If you choose to create an account, your email address and password are sent to our server to enable cross-device sync — so your portfolio can be restored if you switch phones. This is entirely optional. If you never create an account, this never happens.
Live Price Lookups
When you add a stock, ETF, or crypto holding, the ticker symbol you enter is sent to a price-lookup service to fetch its current value — CoinGecko for crypto, and a stock-price proxy for equities. Only the symbol is sent, refreshed periodically to keep your dashboard current. Your position size, account value, and personal information are never included in these requests.
Subscriptions
Wealth Forecaster Pro purchases are processed entirely by the App Store. We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status; your payment details are never accessible to us.
This Website
wealthforecaster.app sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or analytics. Every asset on this page is served from this domain. Your visit here is not tracked.
Data Retention & Deletion
Local data persists on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app — Settings has a "Clear All Data" option that removes everything immediately. If you have an account, you can request deletion of your synced data by contacting us through the App Store support link.
Children's Privacy
Wealth Forecaster is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the update will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date and noted in the App Store release notes where applicable.
